Protect the movement you value

Joint pain can change your routine, but it does not define your next step

If joint discomfort is making walking, exercise, work, or everyday tasks harder, GPM can evaluate your current function and help clarify the care that fits your goals.

What You May Be Noticing

You may notice stiffness, aching, swelling, reduced motion, or difficulty with loading a joint during daily activity. Some patients arrive with an arthritis diagnosis; others simply know that movement has become less comfortable. Symptoms and labels still require individual clinical context.

What Your Evaluation Tells Us

Your symptoms have a story. During a thorough evaluation, we take time to understand how your concern began, your health history, how you move, and what you’re feeling today — so we can build a plan that actually fits you. The vast majority of people we see are a great fit for care here.

What May Be Considered

Depending on the joint and the evaluation, the discussion may include Pain Control, Sports Medicine, or another verified GPM service. Listing an option does not establish candidacy, reverse arthritis, or guarantee pain relief.

Important Boundary

Gilbert Physical Medicine is not an emergency service. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, including new weakness, numbness, or loss of function, seek prompt medical care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can GPM reverse arthritis?

No. GPM does not claim to reverse arthritis or alter the disease process.

Do I need an arthritis diagnosis before scheduling?

Will my plan depend on which joint hurts?

Yes. The location, history, function, goals, and evaluation all help shape the discussion.

Are results guaranteed?
